      Pros

      They have a welcoming environment, weekly team nights, and are very encouraging of each other. You'll see the opportunity for advancement in the company very quickly compared to most companies and get to learn a lot about financial literacy in the process.

      Cons

      Its definitely a lot of hard work so you'll really have to dedicate yourself but if you focus you see the return for your hard work.

      Great atmosphere , the hands on training is something I never experience before was really a great asset to my learning experience , Positive mindset that helped me transform into the person I want to become , over all the positions is a great opportunity

      Fast pace so you definitely have to keep up but if your driven you will thrive

      Fast pace growth, Amazing family culture with the team, Focused heavily on philanthropy giving back to the community outside of the work opportunities, Great insight into being empathetic towards individuals who have indebtedness and helping to educate them towards their financial goals.

      Spending time developing yourself to be able to understand different types of client's and they're goals can take extra effort
