Pros
There are NO pros working with them. They will only say good things on their face or they will do acting but in reality they will make the worst possible employee experience ever. Especially HR will especially use the name of Makrand to make your life miserable. Worst ever management thinking and approach towards managing people. Employees are just the resources who are giving them money from clients. They are treated worse than machines. No flexibility is offered. Additionally there are managers like Atul who are not ashamed to call managers will make your life miserable.
Cons
1. Enjoy the worst work-life balance 2. Exposed to worst HR practices in the world 3. Work under dictators 4. Treat yourself as money making machin for company and company will pay you peanuts or less that that 5. Work like a slave and get treated like slave 6. Get the HR to intervene in your personal matters and HR specifically Nikita will remind you all your khandan and how much they earn and everything. she is literally spoiling the name of HR fraternity. Nikita must be called " Inhuman Resources" and a postman.
