Don't waste your time...

Pros

Good teams with smart and interesting people.

If you are an intern or have a full contract, your learning curve at Parcelly is very short as you will find yourself very quickly doing the same tasks every day. In the beginning you are promised a lot, but in the end you're given none... There is a big turnover rate at the company meaning that there is not much stability. The monthly wage opposed to the amount of work/hours given to Parcelly its just ridiculous. I'm pretty sure the 5 stars reviews were made by the management of the company so really don't look at them.

However, we're obsessed with our team culture and believe without a shadow of a doubt investing in our people directly, ensuring a work-life balance and rewarding excellence by providing the right work environment for employees, impacts our bottom line. Promised a lot, given none

Pros

The biggest pro was leaving the company

Cons

They make you work a lot without getting anything in return, not even a thank you. They promise many things and do not keep those promises. No HR department to contact with issues. All employees were unsatisfied and there was a very high turn over in staff, maximum stayed for a few months.

Worst office to work in

Pros

There were no pros to working at Parcelly.

Cons

A highly unprofessional environment with "management" who do not have the skills to manage or motivate their team members. 0 work-life balance. Expected to work long hours without any compensation or recognition for your hard work.
