Vary employee friendly and growing organization. The future is very bright will loads of new projects in pipeline.

Cons

Internal politics may let you down a bit but can be tackled. One has to be really focused on work and refrain from natural drifts.

Horrible Employer

Pros

There are no pros to this employer. The few positive reviews are obviously fake reviews and planted. The pay is not competitive and the benefits are far below average. They lure you in with fake promises. Please do not consider working for this company.

Cons

Employees are ruled by intimidation and fear of termination. Parco does not follow the law. Employees are retaliated for being sick and then are given severance packages so they won't sue the company for the blatant illegal practices. Top management is in a relationship and tries to hide it. The CEO is an idiot and only in the position because his father owns the company. Management has no morals.

Pros

Parco is a growing company with business in diverse fields. The starting pay is pretty good, and having the ability to accrue paid time off means you tend to not run out. Insurance for a single person isn't terrible.

Cons

Parco views its employees as not only expendable, but as a source of revenue. When business is slow, they simply burn up paid time off, avoid giving raises and lay people off. Morale of employees doesn't matter because if we don't like it, well, there's the door. There is no communication between management and the floor, and you don't know who you can trust, and who will rat you out and get you fired for a theoretical bonus. Raises are.promised and not given for months at a time, so the money you get when you start is apt to be all you ever see.
