Work life balance is there. Budget is a constraint in marketing. It is a better company outside India, within India it's operations are limited. Recently it got acquired by Sika

Pros

Most employees are dedicated and work well together. There is a good "teamwork" ethic at the production level. Atmosphere is pleasant and for the most part not to stressful.

Cons

Upper management is too demanding. The company is top heavy and the administration is in a "all about me" frame of mind. They will throw anyone under the bus before taking responsibility for issues that arise. They cut the lower paid employee while making sure they get their bonus and pay raises. There is no respect for the workers from the management side.

Pros

The VP of Operations, Manny Chavez, is a good and fair leader. He communicates to his team the future of the company and helps promote people from within the teams. He's a good listener and always has time when things are urgent.

Cons

As the company grows in profitability so should a company bonus for everyone.
