It is hard to identify any but there were very few good colleagues.
Cons
Top management only cares about their exit bonus (Investment bank owned) No development Falling behind in operations (digital) and product Toxic culture where management does not deal with toxic middle management as long as they bring in the bucks. Nobody cares about the employees. Values are empty lip movements Company is losing market share due to lack of development
