Bad leadership. Bad organization. Less than desirable pay. Little to no benefits. As a previous reviewer added: high turnover for obvious reasons so nothing ever really "settles down". No one ever stays to get good enough at their job. Its always continuous over flow work that you get until you dont want to do it anymore. I'm sure thats fine to management because to them you are replaceable. No job security. Unrealistic timelines for projects when you're already swamped means terrible outcomes and lesser quality work delivered. Too many edits on your work when you weren't given enough information needed to complete the project. Managers and sales do not take the time to learn the design and development work flows, and in turn, have difficult time managing teams workload.
