The management is interested in hiring a staff comprised of diverse backgrounds, skills and personalities, which has created a unique and rewarding company culture. All employees respect and value each others input, which has helped to maintain open communication and a sense of belonging. The management encourages honest feedback and transparency as they look to improve internal operations and adhere to the company vision. There is plenty of opportunity to take on additional responsibility and advance in your career, whether it be on the technical side or on the people management side. Taking initiative and assuming leadership roles are rewarded.

Cons

As with many small to medium size companies, the benefits package is a little less than desired. Swings in workload are typical of the consulting industry but can be stressful nonetheless.
