Overpromise/lie when recruiting - leads to high staff turnover, I've seen numerous people leave within the first month or two.

Constantly changing work parameters such as targets, WFH and team alignment.
More focused on acquisitions then existing client base.
Tick box broker, constantly looking to add fee's and increase margins at the clients cost.
Staff encouraged to report on one another, everyone out for themselves and no team culture.
Promised progression which never materialises.
The type of company that says " we want you back in the office full time to improve mental health"
Asked employees to forgo bonus to "help the company"
Them and us culture between execs and handlers.
Pile more and more work on you with no support.
