      Supportive staff and students but poor management

      Pros

      All Indian students are good in this University and good private University in Vadodara to study and research also have good staff support in specific departments and also have good canteen facilities.

      Cons

      The management team and leaders in specific departments are not good and also not having good system especially they are not supportive for the welfare of the employees, not treating equally and also working hours are very lengthy and even Sundays also need to go. Work life balance is very low.
