We appreciate the feedback, there are some good pieces in this. However, we are going to approach this from a different angle. In a rapidly growing company like ours, we admit it can seem unorganized, at times we need to make decisions quickly and with our best foot forward. We believe in and trust everyone in our management and do not just hand out promotions without employees rightfully earning them through hard work. Respectfully, we think that the growth of a great company just wasn't a space for you to thrive, but some people may be very drawn to the thought of their personal growth.
