Good company to start your career. Once you feel that you have knowledge on how things work out.... Just leave the company...

Cons

Insufficient head count in projects and heavy load. Very very poor time management They ask you to work for weekends and won't even give you the pay for the day Late night works and still ask you to come early the next day. Very low pay scale for non-senior employees. No celebrations taken in its spirit. No fun activities Just come to office- do the work. Increased work load due to company commits to clients without considering the head count of employees.

Its an Islamic Banking Product company , has presence in almost all Islamic countries- North Africa being the major client area.

Cons

There's a 2 year Bond in addition to a 2-3 month probation , the breakage of which would invite a average penalty of 2 month salary. Expect a 20-25% cut for experienced candidates. Employer Provident fund would be contributed by the Employee, The Banking product has a confusing workflow and architecture. Managers don't value their peers, Long working hours where you would require special permission to leave even after official office hours. Don't expect a long term future here since there is very bad politics played by the seniors from Kuwait

Good domain.. Good client base.. Lot of projects

Where do I start.. There is so many... 2 years of bond. They ruin your life.. Nothing to learn from... Have to spend 12 to 13 hours daily at office only then you will be considered for appraisals.. Adjective working slaves is perfect for path employees.. No good appraisals
