Decent starting pay, state benefits/ insurance, free supervision for associate licensed counselors, built in yearly raises based on exceeding productivity goals and your documentation audit scores, great co-workers, they promote from within

Cons

Whatever percentage raise you get each year is the percentage they raise your productivity goal for the following year, upper management hasn't always looked out for my coworkers or done right by them during COVID, medium-high employee turnover rate

Productivity, too many Cheifs, not enough Indians. Never complimented just constant reprimand. Christians frowned upon. Fast paced. Unclear procedures.
