Pros

Benefits, advancement opportunities, bi weekly pay

Cons

Verbal abuse from patients and hospital staff, working with angry medical/social security staff, being expected to take on full time positions worth of work for no extra pay, not able to take your PTO due to constant turnover and the expectation to to work multiple positions, being a salary employee and expected to fly/drive for free on your days off/evenings, bullying tactics for higher management to take on more work when you are already overwhelmed, no compassion or assistance when expressing absorbing multiple full time positions in addition to your full time work is not possible to keep up with and mentally taxing, management is catty to each other and there is an overwhelming lack of respect in how they speak to each other and those under them, the overall culture is toxic and is not considerate of the well being of the employees
