      Good compensation but office politics take a toll

      Pros

      Compensation is good (especially for freshers). Lots of growth opportunities. Less percentage of micro managers.

      Cons

      Everything looks good in the first three months until you actually be a part of the system. Office politics when it comes to promotions or internal job openings. Mistakes are always pinpointed but achievements are often overlooked. Leadership positions are often given to people who do their job well even if they do not have leadership qualities or the maturity to handle a team.
