      did own work times, be your own boss, and bank holiday off and weekend off

      Cons

      pay wasn't good, punch in system needed work. had to drive to every place, bad wear and tear on car. traveling in winter time.

      Pros

      The company has a great set of values and vision! Overall morale is great. Business is growing so it is rarely boring. This is definitely not a job that makes me watch the clock all day like other jobs I have had. I would say that I enjoy work. I feel motivated, supported, and trusted in my role. Relationships between owners, management, and staff are healthy and positive.

      Cons

      Days off are difficult to plan because of emergency work orders and staffing issues. The schedule can be a little unpredictable some weeks.
