A handful of lovely staff who were really good workers

Appalling and toxic workplace. Bullying is, like previous comments - RIFE, and I mean really hurtful bullying. Snide comments, being blamed for things you have not done and blatant humiliation. If your face does not fit or you do not suck up to the Manager your life is made hell. There is definitely one rule for one and another for others. Certain members of staff get away with dreadful behaviour. I witnessed, on numerous occasions where customers are derided and made fun of out of earshot. I could not believe how unprofessional and nasty some occasions I had the misfortune to see were. The Manager was too young and inexperienced to deal with concerns that were voiced and unwilling to understand.

No pro's. Would not recommend working for this company.

Cons

Long standing members of staff are bullies -plain and simple. They take extended lunch and tea breaks but 'monitor' newer members of staff. They make up their own rules. Nasty conversations about other members of staff are commonplace .Unprofessional comments about customers is the norm and not even hidden from earshot within the pharmacy.

WHERE DO I START ! Bullying is rife towards younger or new members of staff from older or long standing shirkers and backstabbing, nasty creatures. Customers are belittled when they leave the store. PAYDENS are PAY LESS.
