Pros
People I worked with for 4 years were wonderful. My manager was amazing and she thought of everyone's feelings and was there for us. Staff in the other departments where helpful and kind.
Cons
Made us redundant to save money and moved the business to South Africa, lost all experience and knowledge of staff who have worked at payingtoomuch for 10+ years!! Managing director had no clue what any of us did and made no effort in getting to know us when he took over from our old managing director. When he decided to make us redundant there was no support from him at all!!
