      Pros

      I love that the company is focused on personal growth. There is real value placed on helping me to achieve my goals, and advance within the company. Ping Pong Table & Nerf guns are a blast! And the healthy food stocked in the fridge is amazing.

      Cons

      Travel downtown in the winter can be tough, but I can't say one bad thing about the company.

      Co-Workers were great and pleasant

      Cons

      Never paid into our 401K's on time. deposits would have every 2 months because they didn't have money. Terrible mismanagement and lots of broken promises.

      - Low salary - Bad bonus structure. (negative bonus, all or nothing, and etc.) - People getting fired on spot
