Pros
None, don't waste your time, it will only bring you headaches.
Cons
Poor management. The owner is not a professional, he manages the company like if it is kiosk. getting paid late and other problems with the benefits offered when you were hired is very discouraging. The owner can be very rude when he talks to employees, like if he's perfect and the rest of people are dumb. Some ways of doing business of this individual are questionable!

Sorry but there are no pros. The office space was nice. High security building...There is a pro.
Cons
The CEO would fire people for nonsense. His english is very poor therefore making it difficult to communicate with him. Constantly cursed at his employees. Not a good environment to be in.
