Pros

Nothing that I can thing of

Cons

Never worked for a place that burned through as many people as this company. Goals are constantly moving they laid 10 people off 10 days before Christmas. If you have a bad month you will be put on a pip if you don’t hit certain numbers in the first two weeks of the next month you will be fired. Terrible place to work.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear about your negative experience and take such feedback seriously as it helps us improve. Regarding turnover, we strive to maintain transparency and fairness in our operations. It’s worth noting that the specific incident you mentioned, regarding 10 individuals being laid off before Christmas, does not align with our records or practices. We understand how sensitive timing can be around the holidays, and we go to great lengths to support our employees during difficult times. We also want to clarify that our performance expectations are indeed demanding, as we aim to encourage excellence and growth among our team members. However, these expectations are communicated clearly from the outset, outlined in the compensation plan included in every offer letter. This is part of our effort to be transparent and set our employees up for success from day one. Putting employees on a performance improvement plan (PIP) is never a decision we take lightly. It is part of our commitment to support our employees' growth and development. We ensure that every individual has access to the necessary resources and support to meet their goals and succeed in their role. Your comment about employees feeling treated like numbers deeply concerns us. It's far from the culture we aim to cultivate. Our goal is to ensure every team member feels valued, supported, and integral to our collective success. We are committed to reviewing our management and support practices to ensure they reflect our values and dedication to our employees' well-being. We are grateful for your advice to management. Please know that we are taking steps to review our practices and make necessary improvements. We believe in doing right by our employees and are committed to continuous improvement in how we support and engage with our team. Thank you again for your feedback. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors.
