The staff abandoned you to your own devices, you were left to man the shop floor untrained, I faced transphobic discrimination from a higher manager, the staff were rude, cliquey and unprofessional, there was no support whatsoever. They refused overtime to anyone who was not a manager favourite.

Everything else. Pay is terrible. Managers don't care about the staff. Not possible for them to tell the truth. No trust. Micro management. The particular RM we had is a alot of words I cannot write on here. Unpaid work, expect you to be free 24/7. Even to answer you phone on holidays.
