Timely Salary, Lots of learning opportunites with Sales people and on site client visit with Senior colleagues Transparent appraisal is a good policy which can be used to help you to promote yourself in the hierarchy, Management and senior leaders are very good in nature and talking to all people on the floor. Most important thing, company has been learning fast and growing faster with most cutting-edge technologies, so you need to keep up with the pace.

Hire and Fire Policy Mgmt can go as low as $5 per hr to get the business like Freelancer Resources are leaving the company No good projects No vision of the company Mgmt wants to win big projects on the basis of small projects CEO doesn't know how to present his company in front of big shots

You will get a lot of learning and challenges in almost every project you will be assigned which is good for your personal growth as well. Also, friendly and politics free atmosphere. Proper guidelines & training given to employees. Company takes your contributions seriously. I learned so many new technologies which gives my career a new shape.
