Good sales team,salary and benefits are in par with industry standards, all the lateral hires are from good companies and fresh hires are bright freshers from statistics and comp.science background from good colleges,business schools... They have strategic partnership with IBM,SAS,Pitney booverall good ,small niche company to work for

It is 20+ year old company with the parent company in US has strong presence in US and has good sales and experienced management team but they have not been aggressive in growth compared to small startups which grew fast in short time
