The organization is doing leading-edge clean energy work. Senior leadership is very attentive to supporting the development and success of the staff and everyone is highly collaborative.
Cons
The organization is still relatively new so it does not have in place all of the policies, processes and systems of more established organizations. But it is moving to address them. Also, the org is virtual first, with people in the office only on a very intermittent basis.
