Pros

It is the best-paying call center in Jamaica, as it regards the pay rate for call center agents. The latest shift ended at 7pm, and earliest shift started at 7am, so I didn't have to work night shift. This is a no none sense company, and I loved that they had standards that they always enforce, especially as it regards dress code, and behaving professionally. They don't tolerate bullies; their heads will roll. I loved that while I was there I saw persons started out in entry level positions, and quickly move up the chain of command within months of starting out. They always send out advertisements with work opportunities to everyone, so employees are always in the know first. Had I not gotten a better opportunity, I would still be here. Very good company to work for.

Cons

If you have poor time management skills, and often times late, then you will be given warning, and soon after terminated. If you're not performing, just be prepared to go through the door, you will not be given a chance to go to another department to redeem yourself. I never like that my supervisor was always busy, and wasn't able to provide support most of the times. I had to rely heavily on my peers for help, and the commission for customer service is pretty unattainable and isn't worth it , so forget about it. The dinning space for one of it's buildings is very small, and unable to accommodate its staff during lunch time, so you have to go outside, and while there is a canteen on compound, they never had one in any of the two buildings. The company wifi is always loaded, so you will unlikely to get signal during the work hours. It has a typical call center environment where its mostly people from low socioeconomic background that acts very uncivilized and ratchet at times.
