Over 30 years in the finance industry and the 6 months (so far) of it at Pension Works is right up there as one of the best places I have ever worked. The company is growing all the time & it's great to be part of that success. If the management say they'll do something, they do it. They really do recognise hard work and value input from the team. Giving clients the highest level of service is key to them and they go all out to support staff, enabling them to deliver that service. The company is still small enough for everyone to be part of the team, rather than an overly strict tiered structure. The people are all lovely, helpful & enjoy a bit of fun while working really hard. The office is great, lovely location, parking no problem. I would highly recommend applying for the opportunity to work for this fast paced, dynamic, fun company.

Pros

Despite starting with the company mid pandemic I have felt welcome, included, valued and integrated into the team despite not meeting in person. Feedback and communication between departments is a simple and effective process no matter the request colleagues are willing to help.

I joined the company in march and I have been really impressed with the training and support given. In this company you feel valued and everyone is really helpful and welcoming. I get to work from home yet I don't feel that I am not part of the team as the communication is excellent and all ideas are welcomed and this rare when in any job from my experience. We have a great product and there is a passion when people speak with you about it.

Cons

This is easy as there are none and that's just the way I like it.
