Pros

anyone other than exec is fine.

Cons

All of exec and leadership. The long response another past employee wrote is absolutely spot on. No need for further explanation. Don't waste your time.

Pros

1. People other than management 2. Paid on time

Cons

1. Emotional stress 2. Family hierarchy creates single mindedness amongst executives 3. No sense of individuality - they don't like coworkers becoming friends 4. Once management has a bad opinion on someone, nothing will change it. Or if you speak up. In both cases, they will find something to fire you over.

Pros

- Freedom to learn skills that can apply to any job - Potential to create great team atmosphere - Abundance of projects - Connection to clients offers immediate feedback on how to improve products - Adaptable environment - The group of employees that remain employed here for over 3 months are all great people - Senior management does a great job of supplying the office

Cons

- Culture doesn't foster a team atmosphere - "Not my job" mentality is a serious problem - "Glass ceiling" will limit your career options - Burn-out / turnover rate is high & demoralizes the team - Long-term strategy suffers because key employees leave - Feedback on your position & constructive criticism is little - to non-existent here - High-stress days usually impact the whole office - No plan / structure for salary increases - While a stocked kitchen is nice, it would be more beneficial to feel connected to the company & proud in the product

We’re glad to hear that you were able to work with so many of the great people we have here and that you felt you were able to continue learning and developing skills for your career, as that is something we want all our employees to be able to accomplish and take advantage of. That’s great feedback for us. When it comes to other aspects of the company culture that you mentioned including, the team work, and turnover, we are actively working on improving these areas by breaking down some of the hierarchy, having more involved team leads in the day to day decision making and improving communication throughout the company from the top down. We have also introduced several new benefits and perks to our employees to enhance their experience both in and out of the office, as well as improve many of our HR initiatives including a more formal position and salary growth structure for employees looking to advance with the company. It is certainly a work in progress, but our goal is to provide a better work experience for employees at all levels of the organization.
