      *A caring senior leadership team *When you work there, you are proud to work there. *Small bank feel with ability to offer large bank services. *Community events with coworkers. *Longevity and a strong foundation.

      Cons

      *Managers aren’t managed. *Plans of long term sustainability are unclear. *Longevity drives reward and different rules. *Titles are too important to some, diluting morale.
