Pros
Nice people and place, no micro managers, interesting product and culture (in the sense of being nice and playful, not the corporate culture).
Cons
Lowball with salary, everything was negotiated but they changed the number last minute. I accepted because I did not have any other options. There's no micromanagement which is nice, but also no true leadership. People follow because of hierarchy, nothing else.
