Pros

-Generally, nice people. -It's international. -They have their own office (not in a shared space). Although its by Penn Station so...

Cons

-Lack of integrity and loyalty. -Decisions were made without the proper data to back it up. -Roles were often times unclear, undefined. Expectations were high despite the proper infrastructure or tools to achieve them. -Both vertical and horizontal movement in the organization was either difficult or complicated, and therefore implicitly discouraged.

Great product, terrible market strategy - reconsider your options before joining.

Fun office. Underlying technology is sound. Generous benefits and vacation time.

Cons

Avoid this company: really If you are looking to work here, I'd reconsider.... Management is Overhiring salespeople, and churning through them. Talented people at all levels are leaving the company. Some senior managers talk out of both sides of their mouth and the playing field is not level... Somehow leads that should go to sales people covering that territories always seem to end up with the the CEO's friend who doesn't cover that territory. Basically it's every stereotypically bad about small companies. It's sort of like a small family business... Favorites and politics and the leaders think they know everything and don't take advice from anyone.

No real negatives other than the usual growing pains that a start up company goes thru
