      Pros

      Tip money was always good, and the customers were always a highlight of the job.

      Cons

      No flexibility, management will put up notes on schedule that say no one is allowed to ask off for months, and there is no HR department as it is family owned.

      Pros

      Everyone is very close and it's a very relaxed company, basically willing to hire as soon as your application hits the table.

      Cons

      The owner of the restaurant doesn't really do much in terms of helping the restaurant but doesn't hesitate to yell at his employees.
