Smaller agency so limited paths for advancement.

Working here was so stressful, with very demanding expectations and little support from upper management. Different managers would have polar opposite feedback, and comments were often harsh and condescending. While PG emphasized a “family” culture, I personally didn’t feel included or supported by most of my coworkers. If you want a job that will stretch you thin, this is the place for you.
