Mandatory 6 day week. Night shift works 12 days on, 2 days off the entire year Night shift differential is $0.25 an hour Mandatory holiday work on rotating schedule Supervisors get away with anything No discipline for bad workers Production sometimes on Sundays means you have to work on your only day off

Pros

The few remaining folks from Pepperidge and Campbells that actually understand how a business works. Pay and benefits are good.

Cons

Far too much focus on Diversity and Inclusion. Corporate level management grabs the latest buzzwords, gives them their own twist, and shouts success. Goals for savings are unrealistic as you are not given money to invest in new technologies or even basic repairs of equipment.
