- Nice office space - Quiet environment - Free lunch almost everyday - Good amount of creative control, very hands-on - Friendly coworkers

Cons

- Depends, but the hours aren't amazing - Hourly pay is on the lower-end - You need *really* thick skin because management isn't your friend.
