there are no good reasons to work here so they may be considered N/A The only pro is that the company exist and therefore makes it possible to be transformed to a non corrupted company with leaders.
Cons
Staff at upper level will blame all of their own blunders on the lower tier to quickly "turn over" employees that willing to lick boots and help hide the incompetent leaders that spend 95% of their time hiding their own mistakes mainly quotes for projects and playing favorites overlooking costly mistakes while dealing with workers that don't hang out and get drunk but do and excellent job but they are dealt with a heavy hand in hope they will leave so they can keep the brown nose employees around to back up all the mistakes, there is no management here at all just a bunch of angry old men.
