      Nice place to learn but not long term for me

      Pros

      Team is friendly and helpful. Learned a lot about coffee industry. Work from home is possible. Tasks are clear most of the time. Chance to improve design skills.

      Cons

      Sometimes deadlines are too short. Too much last-minute changes. Not much feedback on design work. Some days feel a bit repetitive.
