Pros

Payment for people outside US is above average, really nice culture and people from management in TPC are kind and truly care about people. I ended my relation with TPC due to a particular client laying off lots of people and not having another project to be assigned to inside the company, but on their end they did everything they could for this to not happen.

Cons

I can't remember something bad from TPC, I loved working there.

Pros

It's a decent place to work at Salaries could be better but they're not low They don't bother you that much as long as you're up to date with your timesheets

Cons

They don't increase your salary often. I barely had my rate increased by 1 dollar in each of the last years It's not uncommon that the client removes the position and you have a month to see if Perform can find another one, otherwise it's gg They talk a lot about being a family and stuff, but once you're without a client, they don't even talk to you other than to tell you to update your resume
