      Pros

      Good work experience; big on Lean concepts; lower management and employees are great to work with; lots of opportunities to improve and make immediate impact

      Cons

      No raises in past 8 years and owner is trying to sell; facilities are old; equipment hasn't been maintained in past 8 years thus causing excessive downtime; since ownership is trying to sell they are only fixing what absolutely has to run; pressure to run has resulted in plant manager level and up to make changes in product without informing customers

      It's a job, better than being unemployed

      Cons

      It is a job, but not sure how long. They've closed many locations, laid off many employees and taken away benefits. Not many positives besides a paycheck. I was there for almost 3 years and went through 3 CEO changes and at least 3 COO changes. If there's that much change up top, it doesn't look well moving forward.
