      Pros

      PLA is a great environment. They are one of the fastest growing startups in Agriculture. If you are looking for an environment that is fast paced and fun with alot of growth opportunity, PLA is for you!

      originally had a great product and appeared to care about customers Sales region was manageable Pay was decent

      Cons

      toward the end of the employment, the product went drastically down hill in quality Sales Manager encouraged dishonesty and deception for sales Company failed to meet any improvement of the product nor meet any timelines of new products (announced a new product back in 2021 and NEVER released the product; it is still listed on their website as "up and coming" during the sale of the company away from Zoetis, they handled that transition with extremely poor taste to the point they lost customers and even employees that were offered to stay
