Not so good as I had imagined
Pros
- Friendly working environment - As an exam center, it offers the opportunity to take as many tech certifications as you can
Cons
- Bad training, and in some cases actually unreal. Depending on a project they undertake, they put pressure on the employees to learn as fast as they can new technologies without coaching. - Low salaries. It's even difficult to take a remarkable increase later based on your performance. - There is no delegation from seniors to newcomers. They just want you to take over and accomplish a task and talk directly to the customer. They don't even wonder or check if you have the knowledge to manage. - No career path. They want you to complete projects and tasks. They don't guarantee personal development or professional evolution.
