We appreciate your feedback and are sorry you are not satisfied with Performant’s compensation structure. However, because we only succeed when our performance meets or exceeds our clients’ expectations, employee compensation—comprised of base pay plus incentive pay for accomplishing established goals—is designed to reward employees who help the company achieve client goals by delivering dollars back to our clients. Performant operates in a very competitive environment where other companies are constantly trying to gain share at our expense. To be successful, we have created goals for production designed to achieve our clients’ goals.
