      Projects are interesting and there is always new projects available.work life balanced with handsome salary package as well.

      Not much to say here,I really enjoying my time here may be i am having good bond with colleague.

      Flexible work location and hours. Decent insurance. Small company with a global environment.

      Shady business practices and lack of integrity in business models. Too much political posturing for such a small company.

      I was paid a fair wage

      Cons

      Lack of communication from leadership - focus on short-term fear-based goals rather than an inspiring long-term vision - the only vision apparent was to grow the company not to make any sort of difference or impact - management insulted and yelled at employees - low morale
