The husband and wife team that run this place are out of touch and constantly change priorities. You can meet all of your objectives but they still tell you are not performing well.

Can’t think of any good things to say about my experience

Cons

Management is in need of an overhaul, but good luck given it’s a husband and wife team. They don’t understand how to run a successful business, and were hit hard during the pandemic. The owner is just angry and resentful, and completely unprofessional.
