Pros

People are nice and fun to work with. Good office perks. Exciting projects to be working on with the products. You have the ability to learn a lot. Company itself is growing nicely. Good salary progression as well although everyone is slightly underpaid.

Cons

The company is a bit too lean. Leadership prides itself on being lean but many employees are stretched thin. This leads to a culture where people want to do things that would improve their workflows and make perpay a better product, but cannot prioritize it. Also very weird culture around our unlimited PTO. They count WFH as PTO and give presentations on how we need to reduce PTO…. Management needs to spend less time worrying about how employees are spending their PTO and more time on how to make the company better

Pros

Smart and supportive teammates, lots of ownership, and a chance to work on impactful stuff. The culture is collaborative and open, people are approachable, and good ideas get heard. You learn a lot quickly and can make a real difference in how things are built.

Cons

Pace can get intense at times, and priorities shift fast. Some processes are still maturing as the company grows.
