Pros

The back biting, working here you really get to be good at it. Also deceit, this comes from the HR department and the EVP offices with their false and misleading promises, here you learn a lot about deceit. And don't forget birth rights. If your not born into or marry into or play tennis with the senior management you'll soon learn a lot about birth rights

Cons

Where do I start. Marine basic training is more pleasant and at the very least prepares you for life. But nothing in life will prepare you for the degrading experience of associating your self with these. The rating system doesn't allow negative stars, so look at this sentence then imagine a star about 1 foot to the left.

Pros

Your colleagues. The one place where your colleagues support and encourage you in leaving in finding something better than this deranged toxic environment. People would send each other job openings and were open to connecting each other to other outside colleagues in search of leaving the company.

Cons

Nepotism, toxicity, out of touch, ego driven and Stockholm Syndrome are main themes. Employees work so hard where people are doing five jobs going unappreciated. Upper management exponentially hire top heavy without giving recognition to the ones that carry the workload on their shoulders. No accountability is given and blame is the name of the game. During pandemic, employees were forced to come in full time every day, and if not, were told bothered to not come in and that we should be grateful we have a job (this was including mothers who were uncomfortable in finding childcare in the middle of the pandemic). From a business perspective, there is no strategy, reactionary and emotional done without thought or logical thinking.
