      Wonderful kids, narcissistic admin

      - reasonable PTO - great vacation calendar - students & families generally want to support the teacher

      Cons

      - some really large class sizes - admin prioritize math & ELA but convey second class citizenship for other content areas - admin are not interested or effective at managing egregious student behavior

      Great salary, amazing PTO and schedule, admin does not micromanage and is generally supportive, and many wonderful colleagues and students.

      Cons

      Students often misbehave and get away with it due to lax behavior policies. Some staff can be gossipy/catty.
