Pros

Ummm the campus location perhaps 🤷🏻‍♀️

Cons

1: Wrong people running the company in the top management. Shame that we have extra marital affairs play the promotion card in this company! 2. The company hires people randomly who are not effective communicators and imposes communication as a goal to them! 3. The biggest joke is they have managers who are not from the same field / Job role running teams, ultimately creating a chaotic environment, doing menial tasks in the last minute only during the time of rating! 4. There is no connection between the ratings and the percent of hike - it’s upto the manger to choose who’s their favourite (by which I mean who is extremely unprofessional as they are, supports them through the cheapest tasks and gets involved in company politics and backbiting ). Now this means you HAVE NO SCOPE FOR GROWTH OR PROMOTIONS. 5. But there is a loophole - holding exhibitions, taking irrelevant classes in terms of imparting knowledge, working in CSR and other irrelevant committees may or not earn you promotions. Depends on your managers pick again. 6. The company denies employees of their rights, horrible HR professional who are the top management’s aides and hence creating a TOXIC WORK CULTURE! 7. If you want to come to work in office cabs (without any expense), spend meaningless 9 hours which is not helpful for your career or your personal growth (yeah you start turning like the rats in the sewage), want to get a 10 percent or less hike every year, no wrk pressure, do random tasks that don’t add value to your job role or the company, go down for an hours break, relax all day long with just two hours work, lose your self respect, work under immature, unprofessional, managers with herd mentality then please feel free to join the clan!
