I worked at Persimmon full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The Team, the people and the small size is so nice. You don't have to ask much notice when i comes to holidays been taken off.

    Cons

You are treated like you are replaceable, teams do not talk to each other and your constantly asked to do work that never comes to light. People are constantly undermining you when it comes to work, that you're trying to pitch. Heads don't listen to people who have skills and they leave you feeling worthless. You have to ask for a pay-rise - this isn't given with the reply of why and you've had once two years ago...Also office is rarely cleaned making people more ill all the time, being forced to work overtime and when ill isnt ideal. People on the team are all treated differently there are so many rules for each person. Time off was always given an eye roll when asked for it off. There is also little progression within in the company unless you're close friends or a family member to the "important people".
