Working here has been one of the most disappointing professional experiences of my career. There is a consistent lack of transparency, respect, and basic empathy toward employees.
Pay is frequently delayed, and we are never informed ahead of time when this will happen. Instead, we only find out after payday has already passed, which causes unnecessary stress and financial hardship. Communication about these delays is almost nonexistent, the only responses we receive come after employees start asking questions, and even then, the replies are vague and dismissive. The most recent response we were given is “time is closer” and we are now over 1 month late in commissions and over 1 week late on our base pay.
After months of repeated pay delays, the CEO sent an email acknowledging the issue and offering “combat pay.” However, this offer was made conditional upon remaining employed for another three quarters, which felt more like an incentive to tolerate the problem than a genuine effort to resolve it. And now it’s no longer a question, it is a fact that they fully intended on us to sit back and allow the lack of respect.
It’s incredibly disheartening to see how little value is placed on the people who keep this company running. Until the company prioritizes transparency, timely pay, and respect for its employees, I cannot recommend working here. Even then, all trust has been broken and this company won’t last long with the way they’re heading.
Also no benefits, even if you think you have them. Do not get too comfortable.
